Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, made-to-order, or installed products (such as modular kitchens and wardrobes) are not eligible for return unless damaged during delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
